At 5 p.m., sitting in our St. Johns home, we’re starting to see consistently powerful gusts and a lot of rain as Fay finally makes her way ashore near Flagler Beach. A check at wundergound.com shows that Fay is still slow moving, so we’ll probably continue with this weather for the next 24 hours or so.
